Microsoft Edge allows you to generate QR (Quick Response) codes for URLs, which you can use later or share with friends.
This is how you can generate a QR code for a URL:
Visit the website in your Edge browser.
Right-click the page and choose Create QR code for this page.
Click on the QR code icon after selecting the address in the address bar.
You can find these things in the pop-up:
- QR code – which you can scan with the QR code scanner or apps that can scan.
- URL – You can see the URL of the current page, but you can change it if you wish.
- Download – to download the QR code.
You can also make a QR code for an image, and here’s how:
Right-click on the image and select Create QR code for this image.
