In this post, you’ll see the steps to add a custom admin title on Telegram. You need to be the group owner to follow the steps in this guide.
Alternatively, you can add a custom title while making a member an admin.
I use the app (Android phone and iPhone) and Desktop. Let’s begin.
Note: You can’t do this task on the Telegram Web.

Hit the group chat you prefer.
Tap the group name and select the Pencil icon at the top right.
Select Administrators and hit the admin name you want.
You can see the Custom title section between the What can this admin do section and the Dismiss Admin option.
In the field, you can see the default title “Admin.”
Add your preferred custom title and tap the Tick icon at the top.
Here’s an alternate method:
Open the Telegram group chat you prefer and tap the group subject at the top.
Find the admin name and long-press it.
You can see these three options: Edit admin rights, Change permissions, and “Remove from group.”
Choose the former.
In the Custom title field, provide the title you prefer.
Tap the Tick icon at the top right.
