How to Change Default Window Size and Position of Command Prompt

Open Command Prompt.

Hit Properties.

Go to the Layout tab.

The Window Size section includes Height and Width fields. With those, you can change the window size.

You can see the Left and Top fields in the Window Position section. Uncheck the Let system position window option.

Now you can adjust the window’s position using those fields.

Hit the OK button.
