Hit Settings & privacy > Settings.
On iPhone or Android, hit Profile settings > Notification settings. On PC, hit “Notifications” on the left sidebar.

Disable the switch beside “Allow notifications on Facebook.” On Android or iPhone, tap “Turn Off.”

Notes:
- If you want to turn off notifications of a particular type, disable these switches (Push, Email, and SMS) as per your wishes.

Disable Live Notifications for a Single Person or Page on FB
Follow these steps if you’re on a PC:
On Facebook, go to your preferred person or page.
Go to the “Live” tab and click on a live video.
Click the “Bell” icon on the right sidebar.
In the “Live Video Notification Settings,” you can see these three options:
- All live videos: You’ll get notifications for this page’s all live videos.
- Live video highlights: You’ll get notifications for suggested live videos.
- Off: This one will only turn off notifications for this page’s all live videos.
Click the one you prefer, and that’s all.
Follow these steps if you’re on Android or iPhone:
Open the Facebook app and go to the page or profile you want.
Go to the “Live” tab and tap the live video. Tap it again. If you’re on iPhone, hit the “Full-screen” icon in the video and tap the video again.
Tap the three horizontal dots at the top right and “Turn off Live notifications.”
