You can do this by following these steps:
Navigate to the “Pointer Options” tab.
Select the “Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key” option under the “Visibility” section.
Hit the “OK” button at the bottom.
From now on, press the “Ctrl” key on your keyboard, and Windows 10 will show you the mouse pointer by circling it.
Note: To disable this functionality, uncheck the option above and click the “OK” button at the bottom.
