If you cannot see the Power Management tab in Windows 10 Device Manager, you can fix the problem using the steps below:
Open Registry Editor. I suggest you take a Registry backup before proceeding.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Power.
Right-click the empty area of the right pane. Select New > Dword (32-bit) Value.
Enter CsEnabled as the name, then press Enter.
Restart your computer.

Note: If you want to hide the Power Management tab, double-click CsEnabled, change the value from 0 to 1, and click OK. Restart your PC.
