Learn how to open Programs and Features in Windows 10 and create a shortcut for it in this post. Let’s get started.
Right-click on the start button.
Hit Apps and Features, which you can find above Mobility Center.
On the right sidebar, click the Programs and Features link.
In the following programs, you can use appwiz.cpl command to start Windows 10’s Programs and Features.
- File Explorer address bar
- Task Manager (you need to click File > Run new task to use this command)
Click on the Programs and Features link in the Control Panel.
Note: You should select Programs > Programs and Features if you are viewing the Category view.
Open the Start menu. Type appwiz.cpl. Hit appwiz.cpl.
Create a Programs and Features Shortcut in Windows 10
Create a shortcut to Programs and Features on your Windows 10 desktop or File Explorer by following the steps below.
Move the mouse over “New” in the context menu and press “Shortcut.”
Enter appwiz.cpl in the “Create Shortcut” pop-up. Click the “Next” button.
If you don’t like the suggested shortcut name, enter your own. Click the “Finish” button.
