Method #1

Services can be launched using the services.msc command in the following programs:

  • Run Command
  • File Explorer address bar
  • Task Manager (Hit File > Run new task to use the command)

Method #2

Go to C: > Windows > System32 folder.

You can see two services files. Double-click the “services.msc” file.

Method #3

Open the Start menu.

Type services and then hit the “Services” app in the search results.

Method #4

Launch the Control Panel.

Type services in the search box at the top right.

In the search results, click the “View local services” link.

Method #5

Open the Start menu. Click on Windows Tools. Double-click “Services.”

Method #6

Open Computer Management.

Click on “Services and Applications” on the left pane.

Double-click the “Services” option in the center pane.

How to Create a Services Shortcut

You can create a Services shortcut on your Windows 10 desktop or File Explorer by following these steps.

Right-click on the desktop or File Explorer blank area.

Hover your mouse over “New” in the context menu.

Hit “Shortcut.”

In the “Create Shortcut” pop-up, type services.msc. Click “Next.”

If you do not like the suggested shortcut name, give your own.

Click on the “Finish” button.
