Choose Shut down.
You can turn off your Windows 11 PC by pressing the physical power button or the sleep button or closing the laptop lid. Remember that you need to configure them for that.
Use Slide to Shut Down.
Launch Command Prompt. Type shutdown /s and press the Enter key.
You’ll see a popup that states that the action is initiated, and your computer will get shut down in the next few seconds.

Press Windows and L keys simultaneously, and you’ll see the lock screen. Click on it.
You can now see the Sign-in screen, where you can see the Power icon at the bottom right. Click on it.
Hit Shut down.
When you click on the Power icon, you’ll see a menu, and that menu is called the Power menu.
You can see the Power menu in the Start menu, Windows Security screen, and Sign-in screen.
