In the Windows 11 taskbar, the widgets button is displayed by default.
If you wish, you can hide it. Let’s see how to do this.
Launch taskbar settings. You can do this by right-clicking on the blank area of the taskbar and then hitting the Taskbar settings.
On the right, turn off the “Widgets.” This one can be found beneath the “Task view.”
Note: To show it, simply turn it on.
Launch Registry Editor.
I recommend backing up the Registry before continuing.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Explorer > Advanced.
Double-click TaskbarDa on the right pane.
Enter 0 in the Value data field. Hit the OK button.
To view it, follow the steps above but replace 0 with 1.
Note: You can also unpin this button from the taskbar if you wish.
